Sullivan Street Partners‘ portfolio company UKAT: Private Addiction Rehabilitation & Mental Health Services, the UK’s leading residential addiction treatment group, has completed an add-on acquisition of The Providence Projects .

Providence is one of the UK’s most established and respected rehabilitation centres. The acquisition comes within the first year of our ownership, expanding UKAT’s footprint on the South Coast and introducing a scalable, community-based treatment model that enhances its long-term care offering and patient outcomes.

With our investment and operational expertise, we are driving UKAT’s ambition to build a national leader in behavioural and mental health services. This acquisition reflects our strategy to support growth through high-quality, impactful platforms that deliver long-term value in essential sectors.
