Sullivan Street Partners has been shortlisted for Independent Sponsor of the Year at the Mergermarket British Private Equity Awards!

We’ve been busy over the past year, successfully executing four new investments as well as a refinancing and a bolt-on for our portfolio. These include UKAT: Private Addiction Rehabilitation & Mental Health Services, the UK’s premier addiction treatment service, ZELUS, Authorized Licensee of NIKE, Inc., The Ancora Group, a marine engineering specialist and the recently signed acquisition of Senior plc’s Aerostructures business.

Our people-centric, operational approach and empathetic culture have been central to these achievements, enabling us to build strong partnerships with the management teams, LPs and advisors we work alongside.
