Ellen Thornber

Ellen worked with Sullivan Street on the carve out of Octavius from the Geoffrey Osborne Group and then became part of the SSP team. Ellen has worked with each portfolio company and managed specific transformations and advises on change where needed. 

Ellen has 15 years’ transformation and change experience from consulting and industry. She specialises in mid-size and growth companies where she can lead across the transformation skill set including organisational change, process improvement and system development.
